Production & Delivery

Classic Collection
Made to order. Production takes approximately 7 business days.

Personalised Orders
Includes a name or short text of your choice. Requires up to 10 business days. Each letter is carefully embossed by hand.

Custom Orders
Includes 3D visualisation (5 business days) + individual production (14+ business days), depending on materials and design.

Shipping Details

We ship worldwide. Orders are prepared and shipped twice a month from our studio in the Balkans.

Estimated delivery time:

Europe: 5–10 business days

International: 7–14 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and method.

Express shipping is available via trusted international carriers such as DHL Express, UPS, and FedEx.

Please note: Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Eligibility

The leather and coconut fiber in our clogs naturally respond to the shape of your foot — even a few minutes of wear will leave a lasting imprint.

That’s why:

Classic Collection may be returned within 14 days only if the clogs are completely unworn, untried, and in their original packaging.

Personalised Orders are final sale. Each pair is uniquely made just for you.

Custom Orders are final sale, as they’re tailored to your preferences and made from individually sourced materials.

Wholesale Orders (5+ pairs) are final sale. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we’ll review and do our best to resolve it.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size from the Classic Collection, you may return the pair (if eligible) and place a new order.

Please note: Any signs of wear or foot imprint make a pair non-returnable.

 

Color & Finish

Each pair is made from vegetable-tanned leather and hand-dyed with organic pigment.
Color may vary slightly from photos and will naturally evolve over time — this is part of the beauty of working with living, evolving materials.

We finish each clog with care and always send you a final video preview before shipping, so you know exactly what to expect.
