We ship worldwide from Lithuania (EU). Below you’ll find details on shipping costs, delivery times, taxes, and express options.
Shipping Costs
European Union
Free shipping on all orders. No import taxes or duties — all EU shipments are treated as domestic.
United Kingdom
Free shipping to the UK. UK customs may charge import VAT for orders above £135 (standard HMRC threshold). This VAT is paid by the customer directly to customs or the courier.
United States
Standard shipping to the US: $15. Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your state and order value. These charges, if applied, are paid by the customer.
Delivery Times
All orders ship from Lithuania. Estimated delivery times:

2–5 business days to most EU countries
3–7 business days for remote regions or islands
United Kingdom
4–8 business days, depending on customs processing
United States
7–14 business days (standard shipping)
Remote areas may take slightly longer

Order Processing Time
Processing times depend on the product type:
Insoles: 1–5 business days
Footwear: 3–7 business days
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Tracking
All shipments include a tracking number. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
