Custom Orders — includes 3D visualisation (5 business days) + individual production (14+ business days), depending on materials and design

Wholesale Orders (3+ pairs) — final sale, please report any damage or mistakes within 48 hours with photos

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges

If you need a different size, you may return the pair (if eligible) and place a new order

Any signs of wear or foot imprint make a pair non-returnable

Each pair is made from natural leather

Color may vary slightly from photos and will naturally evolve over time — this is part of the beauty of working with living, evolving materials

We finish each footwear and insole with care and always send a final video preview before shipping, so you know exactly what to expect
