The SPA·GAIT Adaptive Insole brings back a subtle level of natural engagement: a light, continuous stimulus that encourages your foot muscles to participate more during everyday movement. This added engagement may help you feel steadier, more aligned and more aware of your step — without forcing any specific posture or making medical claims.

Designed to offer a more grounded, connected sensation, the insole introduces natural responsiveness to every step when used inside your everyday shoes.

Materials and Construction

Each insole is crafted from two fully natural materials:

- a soft, supple layer of natural lamb leather, providing a gentle, breathable touch

- a 1 cm (approximately 0.4 in) coconut fibre base, offering light resilience and flexible, adaptive support

Together, they create a supportive, responsive foundation that gradually adapts to the contours of your foot.

Adaptation Process

After adaptation, the coconut fibre compresses in the most loaded and narrow areas — becoming up to three times thinner.

- In the heel zone, the thickness naturally reduces to around 3–4 mm (approximately 0.12–0.16 in).

- At the ball of the foot, it also settles into a thinner, personalised contour.

This gradual change creates a natural imprint that reflects your unique step.

The adaptation process unfolds progressively:

- After the first hour, the insole adjusts to around 30% of your foot.

- After roughly 10 hours of active movement, it reaches its full conforming stage, becoming individually shaped to you.

This progression is gentle, allowing your foot to settle into the insole without any artificial shaping.

Compatibility with Footwear

To maintain this natural muscle engagement throughout the day, we recommend using the SPA·GAIT Adaptive Insole inside your everyday shoes.

Suitable footwear styles with adjustable or spacious fit include:
– lace-up sneakers
– boots
– Ugg-style boots
– insulated winter shoes
– loose-fitting slip-ons with a soft structure

⚠️ Important:

Your shoes must be able to accommodate an additional 1 cm (approximately 0.4 in) of height during the adaptation phase. 

If your shoes feel tight or cannot be adjusted, this insole is not suitable for them.
