Adaptation Process
Over time, the coconut layer naturally adapts to the heel and ball of the foot, creating a personalised imprint.
How long does adaptation take?
Expect full adaptation after roughly 15 hours of active wear.

Fits best in adjustable or roomy shoes:

⚠️ Important:
Will they fit my shoes?
During the adaptation phase, your shoes need space for an extra 1.5 cm (0.6 in) of height.
If your shoes are already tight or cannot be adjusted, these insoles may not be suitable.
