Adaptation Process

Over time, the coconut layer naturally adapts to the heel and ball of the foot, creating a personalised imprint.

How long does adaptation take?

Expect full adaptation after roughly 15 hours of active wear.

Compatibility with Footwear

⚠️ Important:

Will they fit my shoes?

Your shoes must be able to accommodate an additional 1.5 cm (approximately 0.6 in) of height during the adaptation phase. 

If your shoes feel tight or cannot be adjusted, this insole is not suitable for them.
